What is OBT?

On-the-Job Training (OBT) is a structured program that provides students with practical work experience in real industry settings. It bridges the gap between classroom learning and workplace requirements.

OBT Program Structure

Our OBT program is integrated into the curriculum and typically occurs during the final year of study. Students spend 3-6 months working in partner industries under the supervision of both industry experts and college trainers.
